St. Joseph Hospice is seeking a Full-Time Quality Assurance Nurse to join our patient care team. We offer an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) with company stock at no cost to you and a range of benefits that promote ownership in the organization.

As part of our team, you’ll manage workflow in HCHB, support quality assurance programs, and maintain accurate medical records while processing data in EMR. You will collaborate closely with peers to educate and improve care delivery in the hospice

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year Home Base Back Office experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Strong time management and compassionate patient care.

Responsabilités
