Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Records Associate to perform recordkeeping and reporting to meet client expectations. You will maintain quality documentation in WMS/ERP or paper records, ensure non-conforming products are held, and support audits and inspections.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years in manufacturing/quality, strong Excel and data entry skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or inspection roles.
• Basic understanding of quality concepts and procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and records.
• Proficient with basic computer skills; intermediate Excel and data entry experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Record product holds and releases; maintain quality documentation in applicable systems (WMS, ERP, or paper records).
• Identify and segregate nonconforming materials and ensure proper labeling and handling.
• Maintain organized records, logs, and sample history files (training records, temperature excursions, etc.).
• Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets or systems to support quality reporting and analysis.
• Follow all applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements; escalate issues promptly.
• Support quality system activities, audits, and document control tasks; assist with inspections and verification against specifications.
• Conduct routine checks of finished goods and/or raw materials following SOPs.
