The role emphasizes data entry, inspection records audits, and collaboration with QA to maintain compliance with product specifications. Candidates should have a HS diploma and 0–2 years in manufacturing or quality roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree a plus).
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or inspection.
• Basic understanding of quality concepts.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
• Basic computer skills; intermediate Excel and data entry experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Record product holds/releases and maintain quality documentation in applicable systems (WMS, ERP, or paper records).
• Identify and segregate nonconforming materials per SOPs.
• Maintain organized records, logs, and sample history files.
• Enter data in spreadsheets or systems to support quality reporting.
• Follow all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate quality issues to senior QA staff.
• Support audits and document training completion.
• Perform routine checks of finished goods and raw materials.
