Job summary

PeopleSpace - A Best In Class Haworth Partner seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator – PM Hybrid to collaborate with Furniture Project Management, Installation and Sales teams to ensure quality and value for customers. You will manage punch lists, warranty matters and drive project planning with a long-term path to full Project Management.

Qualifications

• Strong product and technical knowledge including building codes and pricing.
• Ability to analyze, plan, schedule and implement project installation.
• Thorough knowledge of QA methodologies and standards.
• Experience with project coordination across multiple teams (PM, installation, sales).
• Understanding of interior construction, furniture manufacturing and shipping processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: defines scope, coordinates dealer/manufacturer teams, develops work plans and schedules.
• Project Administration: maintains detailed project documentation and decisions.
• Order Management: reviews ship dates and coordinates with factory for shipping.
• Installation/Implementation: supervises site installation and timely task completion.
• Punch walks: conducts pre-punch, documents issues, photos, and client requests.
• Post punch: final walk-through, ensures issues are resolved and paperwork processed.
• Daily Routine: updates punch list, schedules installs, and reviews warranty issues in weekly meetings.
