Job summary

PeopleSpace in San Jose, CA seeks a Project Manager – Quality Assurance to join the QA and PM teams. You will collaborate with Furniture PM, Installation and Sales teams to ensure outcomes that exceed customer expectations and align with quality policies.

Responsibilities include project planning, coordination, and management; maintaining schedules; reviewing ship dates; managing punch lists; documenting decisions; coordinating with vendors and installers; ensuring timely paperwork and issue

Qualifications

Strong project management and QA knowledge with attention to quality policies.
Ability to plan, schedule and manage complex installation projects.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including PMs, installers and vendors.
Familiarity with interior construction, furniture, wiring and site logistics.
Understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards.

Responsibilities

Establishes overall project scope and manages dealer/manufacturer teams for coordinated effort.
Directs, coordinates and assigns tasks for the entire dealer team.
Develops work plans, schedules and logistics aligned with customer goals.
Reviews project site plans and product specifications for accuracy.
Serves as single point of contact with client and third-party firms.
Maintains and reviews project timelines with the client team.
Manages ship dates, installation schedules and special manufacturing/shipping instructions.
Oversees punch lists and ensures timely completion and documentation.
