Job summary

Waukesha County’s Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Programs & Projects Analyst to oversee quality assurance in the Economic Support Services program. You will advise ESS staff on IM eligibility policy and train teams to prevent errors and ensure timely benefits.

Key duties include supervising QA, coaching staff, performing targeted reviews with IMQA and PCR, building data systems for leadership, and reporting trends to drive corrective actions and training needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or public/health administration or closely related field.
• Two years of professional experience in research, analysis, evaluation, planning or project management.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA reviews and supervise the QA team of ESS workers.
• Coach and mentor ESS staff.
• Conduct targeted QA reviews using IMQA and PCR tools.
• Build and maintain data systems to inform leadership and training needs.
• Document case findings and report trends for program management.
• Follow through on corrective actions for case reviews.
• Select targeted cases for QA reviews.
• Provide one-on-one intervention training to staff with performance challenges.
• Mentor QA ESS staff in eligibility determinations.
• Maintain relationships with Moraine Lakes staff, ADRC, DHS, recipients and advocacy groups.
