Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, LLC is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead data analysis, reporting, and quality for DES and SCAADL programs in Falls Church, VA. The role supervises analysts and delivers recurring and ad hoc reports for government stakeholders, using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R, and Python.

The position may be based at the contractor facility or work remotely when authorized; prior DoD/federal healthcare experience is preferred and a DHA background investigation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a data-related field.
• 8+ years in data analytics or related work.
• 3+ years leading or supervising analysts.
• Experience analyzing large datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience developing recurring/ad hoc reports for senior stakeholders.
• Data-quality monitoring and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate data analysis, reporting, and data quality activities.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve performance.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports for government stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations based on data findings.
• Create complex data visualizations and charts.
• Monitor data quality across program systems and prevent issues.
• Maintain program databases and historical enrollment data.
• Support system change requests and coordination with Government leads.
• Assist in user acceptance testing for program systems.
• Develop and maintain business process maps and user guides.
