Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation seeks a detail-oriented QA/ processing reviewer to re-check events for accuracy and alignment with client guidelines. You will filter and document errors, monitor QA metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve throughput and reliability.

The role reports to the Event Processing Supervisor within Operations and requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in the Office 365 suite and data reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of processing experience.
• Quality assurance experience preferred.
• Ability to learn client requirements and processing rules.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Dependability and ability to document/report as needed.
• Professionalism and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with urgency.
• Ability to lead/facilitate meetings.
• Advanced computer skills with O365 and reporting databases.
• Ability to sit for long periods for date entry/event processing.
• Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on open and closed events against manuals/QA standards.
• Update and document errors related to QA metrics.
• Process escalated queues and record any errors.
• Participate in team sessions for updates to manuals, laws, or software.
• Other office/clerical duties as assigned
