Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a quality-focused professional to own production-disruption tasks, lead structured problem solving across stakeholders, and drive corrective actions. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore stability and organize QA activities including monthly reports and reporting needs.

The role requires strong data compilation, program tracking, and proficient training delivery with excellent presentation skills, plus knowledge of policy writing and regulatory QA systems.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of experience in a technical field (technology, documentation, technical writing, etc).
• Proven ability to compile data and track programs effectively.
• Experience reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience organizing and delivering training with strong presentation skills.
• Experience in policy/procedure writing and project coordination.
• Experience benchmarking and mapping documentation.
• Knowledge of regulatory Quality Systems (FAA, etc) and QA methods.
• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance
• Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) across stakeholders
• Identify root causes and implement robust corrective actions
• Drive follow-up to ensure actions are completed and effective
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore operational stability
• Organize and perform other QA related activities (e.g., Monthly Reports, reporting needs as required)
