Job summary

Bombardier Learjet Inc. seeks a Supplier Quality Analyst to perform source inspections at supplier sites, validate product conformity, and ensure proper traceability and containment actions to protect production flow.

You will support rapid decision-making, coordinate QA materials and training, and apply regulatory quality systems (TCCA, FAA). This remote role offers collaboration across global teams and opportunities to influence supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Proficient in data compilation and program tracking.
• Proficient in reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficient in organization and delivery of training and presentation methods / and related skills.
• Proficient in policy / procedure writing methods, including maintenance of any project.
• Proficient in Benchmarking and documentation mapping.
• Proficient in regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA, etc.) and Quality Assurance interpretation methodology and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform source inspections at supplier sites to validate product conformity.
• Implement and validate containment actions to protect production flow.
• Ensure proper traceability and documentation of non-conformances.
• Identify potential risks early and scale quality concerns proactively.
• Support rapid decision-making to minimize operational disruptions.
• Training and coordination of QA related materials, i.e., SQM, Auditing, PMA.
• Perform other QA related activities (i.e., project related activity, Monthly Reports, reporting needs as required).
