Job summary

Bombardier Learjet Inc. seeks an Analyst, Supplier Quality to join our remote team. You will perform supplier quality activities, inspect supplier site conformance and help protect production flow.

The role requires 3+ years in a technical field, strong data reporting skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and familiarity with QA regulatory systems such as FAA and TCCA. This position offers remote work with cross-site collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Proficient in data compilation and program tracking.
• Proficient in reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficient in organization and delivery of training and presentation methods / and related skills
• Proficient in policy / procedure writing methods, including maintenance of any project
• Proficient in Benchmarking and documentation mapping
• Proficient in regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA, etc.) and Quality Assurance interpretation methodology and techniques

Responsibilities

• Perform source inspections at supplier sites to validate product conformity
• Implement and validate containment actions to protect production flow
• Ensure proper traceability and documentation of non-conformances
• Identify potential risks early and escalate quality concerns proactively
• Support rapid decision-making to minimize operational disruptions
• Training and coordination of QA related materials, i.e., SQM, Auditing, PMA
• Perform other QA related activities (i.e., project related activity, Monthly Reports, reporting needs as required)
