Moss is seeking a Production Support Specialist to facilitate efficient production operations within our QA and packaging programs. The role supports production and warehousing, requires meticulous work, and contributes to delivering quality client services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Solid understanding of quality control standards and methodology.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient production operations by supporting QA and warehousing needs.
• Follow QA procedures outlined in the QC Guidebook for consistent throughput.
• Package finished goods.
• Maintain QC logs, test results, defect records and other quality metrics.
• Cease production when serious defects or risks arise.
• Maintain a neat, organized workstation.
• Assist the shipping department with packaging.
• Suggest improvements to optimize operations.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and participate in management-directed meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
