Job summary

Moss Interactive, LLC in Petersburg, VA seeks a senior Quality leader responsible for independent oversight of engineering, manufacturing, and technical support to ensure outputs meet cGMP, regulatory, and internal quality standards.

You will review QMS records, investigations, protocols, and system deliverables, lead quality engineering activities, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating across Operations, Facilities, and MSAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline and a minimum of 10 years of Quality/cGMP experience.
• Experience translating FDA/EMA requirements into operational success, including 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity.
• Technical depth in sterile pharma, isolator tech, combination products, and medical devices is highly desirable.
• Strong project management, organization, and execution skills with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Quality Engineering and other departments to ensure competence and safety.
• Establish and maintain GMP-compliant quality system processes across facility, equipment, and manufacturing.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory trends and provide expert advice on quality matters.
• Review and approve QMS documentation, investigations, protocols, and system deliverables.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance programs, and CMMS outputs for data integrity.
• Review deviations, CAPAs, and investigations related to engineering systems and operations.
• Support readiness for FDA/EMA inspections and participate in health authority audits.
• Promote a culture of quality and safety while delivering high-quality results.
