Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a qualified QA professional for the Blood & Marrow Transplant division. The role focuses on maintaining QA documentation and regulatory compliance with FDA, FACT, and NMDP standards within the John Theurer Cancer Center.

The candidate will monitor staff regulatory compliance, develop education tools, and collaborate with leadership to implement SOPs. Prior BMT/transplant experience and RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMT transplant, apheresis and photopheresis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QA documentation for FDA, FACT, NMDP and related regs.
• Monitor staff regulatory compliance and annual validations.
• Develop assessment tools for staff education compliance.
• Collaborate with medical director and managers to design SOPs.
• Lead quality assurance, regulatory affairs and education projects.
• Coordinate quarterly quality management meetings and audits.
• Submit regulatory and educational reports as requested.
• Provide staff with QA resources and guidance.
