Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
• BMT nursing experience is required.
• Must be willing to attend classroom and clinical training to become chemotherapy competent within six months of hire.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) is preferred.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, teamwork, education focus, and high-quality patient care are required.
