Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier parts meet specs, interpret drawings and schematics, and drive quality improvements through data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience programming and operating coordinate measuring machines and performing gauge calibration.
• Experience in an electrical, electronic, or mechanical assembly manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read general drawings and learn to interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot product defects.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspections, measurements, and first-piece inspections to confirm supplier parts meet specifications.
• Create and maintain inspection records, initial sample and test reports, calibration documentation, and other records for the Quality Management System.
• Identify nonconforming parts or assemblies, document quality notifications in SAP, and recommend solutions to suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to resolve quality and assembly-related concerns.
• Assess manufacturing and testing processes, provide technical guidance, and perform statistical studies to support process and product quality.
