Job summary

Mark-Vii-Equipment is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and develop the quality function and own its strategy, metrics, and outcomes. The role focuses on preventing nonconforming products from reaching customers and communicating SCARs and internal quality alerts promptly.

The ideal candidate will apply Lean-Six Sigma tools, manage internal audits, analyze data, and drive preventive actions across suppliers, labs, and production.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial).
• 5-7 years of quality or operations experience, including experience owning a quality function or program independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the quality function, owning the strategy, metrics, and results.
• Utilize LEAN and Six Sigma tools to investigate root causes and communicate problem statements.
