Qualifications

• BS Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial.
• 5-7 years quality or operations experience owning a quality function.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality function, owning strategy, metrics and results.
• Develop and implement quick containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
• Manage internal audits and SCAR processes in QMS.
• Build and automate quality metric dashboards and conduct root-cause analyses.
• Ensure quality equipment is maintained and calibrated; drive prevention over reaction.
