• Work with data teams to surface insights from production systems.
• Explain Accountability tradeoffs to executives in clear terms.
• Question the Mocha pattern and propose cleaner approaches.
• Defend Starbucks uptime during late-night Las Vegas pages.
• Refine and maintain microservices supporting Starbucks customers in Las Vegas.
