Job summary

KBR Philippines is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Systems to manage the MCPP-PHIL quality program and ensure maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 framework. You will guide quality efforts, develop procedures, and lead cross-functional projects while interfacing with the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program customer.

The role requires extensive QA experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to oversee audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives within

Qualifications

• Must pass a U.S. Government/FBI background check and obtain a Secret Clearance (U.S. citizen).
• Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Four years of related work experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing corrective actions.
• Formalized training or equivalent education/experience may be required.
• Four years of directly related work experience in an equipment maintenance field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute and/or supervise all quality management functions for the MCPP-PHIL Task Order.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management system; review procedures and ensure certifications remain active.
• Develop and improve company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Lead quality initiatives, manage projects, and report progress to management.
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the customer as the primary interface.
• Use Six Sigma and Lean process mapping to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and audit logistics and maintenance operations to ensure compliance with quality plans.
