Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as required.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing.
• Two plus years in managing direct reports.
• Experience with ISO9001 audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Schedule and conduct internal audits to ISO requirements.
• Provide monthly quality performance reports and KPI.
• Coordinate quality methods to meet customer and production objectives.
• Review product conformance and control limits.
• Drive quality improvements via SPC, MSA, and GRR studies.
• Lead corrective actions and MRB/nonconformity processes.
