Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA team at the Towanda, PA plant within the Advanced Flex Technologies group. This role manages audits, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 7+ years in quality/manufacturing, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and hands-on use of Minitab/JMP, DOE, and Control charts to drive defect reduction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 7+ years' experience in Quality or Manufacturing.
• 2+ years supervising staff.
• Experience with ISO 9001 audits.
• Proficiency with DOE and statistical methods.
• Experience with Minitab or JMP.
• Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 quality system.
• Schedule and perform internal audits.
• Provide monthly quality KPIs and reports.
• Coordinate new quality methods to meet customer needs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely responses.
• Review product conformance to specs.
• Analyze yields and drive improvements via SPC.
• Prepare reports from scrap and quality docs; propose changes.
• Coordinate resources for metrology MSA and GRR studies.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing on process variables.
• Control non-conformances; oversee MRB.
• Drive quality ownership to reduce defects.
