You will oversee audits, CAPA, inspection operations, and build a high-performing quality team to sustain growth and compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and collaboration with manufacturing to deliver quality results across complex assemblies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a Quality Management System in manufacturing.
• Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and application.
• Experience with internal and supplier audits.
• Proven CAPA leadership and nonconforming material handling.
• Experience supervising quality, inspection, or testing teams.
• Excellent communication with leadership, customers, suppliers, and production.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or regulated industries.
• AS9100 and IPC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ISO 9001 QMS and align with manufacturing objectives.
• Lead internal and supplier quality audits and CAPA processes.
• Develop and monitor quality metrics and supplier performance.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and disposition of nonconforming material.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Mentor and lead quality, inspection, and testing personnel.
• Prepare for customer, certification, and external audits.
