Job summary

EIT Electronic Instrumentation & Technology in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Materials Program Manager to drive quality objectives across the manufacturing process. The role requires planning, coordinating, and actions to ensure Quality Objectives are implemented and maintained.

Responsibilities include internal audits, investigation of CARs, SCAR follow-ups, ECN reviews, and QA process improvements. Candidates with 1–3 years in electronics QA and a technical bachelor degree are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• ISO 9001-2000 processes knowledge and application.
• Bachelor degree in a technical field required.
• 1 to 3 years experience in electronic manufacturing QA positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform Internal Audits per the EIT Internal Audit Schedule.
• Investigate, analyze and report back on Customer Corrective Actions (CARs).
• Initiate and follow-up on Supplier Corrective Actions (SCARs).
• Manage and develop statistics for internal and customer reporting.
• Suggest Improvements and changes to Quality Assurance methods and processes.
• Review and approve Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Coordinate with Document Control to maintain ISO quality documents.
• Maintain up-to-date QA knowledge including Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) practices.
• Assist QA leadership in promoting continual improvement policies.
• Represent QA for dispositions at MRBs.
