Job summary

The Lane Construction Corporation in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Quality Manager to lead the project quality program and ensure the highest standards for the Oceana Taxiway Repair 2024. You will interpret contract requirements and develop QA/QC plans aligned with client expectations.

Bachelor's Degree is required and at least 8 years of quality control experience on complex civil projects. Candidates should be capable of coaching field teams and producing quality records and reports.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in quality control.

• Ability to interpret contract proposals, specifications, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Interprets contract proposals, specifications, and standards for evaluation of the quality control requirements.
• Develops and implements a quality assurance and quality control program on the project that meets the client requirements and the Company's expectation.
• Evaluates work plans for quality controls and offers recommendations for improvements.
• Supports the development of field personnel related to quality.
• Prepares and tracks written inspection reports, management reports and quality records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
