Adecco Portugal is partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer in the Fort Worth area to hire a Quality Assurance Manager. You will lead the quality function, manage the QMS, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will oversee audits, RCCA, supplier quality, and ensure customer requirements align with production. This hands-on leadership role reports to senior leadership and guides a team of Quality Engineers, inspectors, and technicians.

Qualificações

• Experience leading QMS in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality standards.
• NADCAP experience preferred.
• Ability to lead audits and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Aerospace or regulated manufacturing background a plus.

I’m currently partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer in the Fort Worth area that is looking to bring on a Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality function.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), lead audits, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (AS9100 / ISO 9001)
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance
• Drive root cause corrective actions (RCCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee supplier quality and performance
• Review customer requirements and ensure alignment with production
• Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers, inspectors, and technicians
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Sales

What They’re Looking For

• Experience managing QMS in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001
• Experience with NADCAP (preferred)
• Ability to lead audits and drive corrective actions
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus
