Adecco Portugal is partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer in the Fort Worth area to hire a Quality Assurance Manager. You will lead the quality function, manage the QMS, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will oversee audits, RCCA, supplier quality, and ensure customer requirements align with production. This hands-on leadership role reports to senior leadership and guides a team of Quality Engineers, inspectors, and technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QMS in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality standards.
• NADCAP experience preferred.
• Ability to lead audits and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Aerospace or regulated manufacturing background a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (AS9100 / ISO 9001).
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance.
• Drive root cause corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Oversee supplier quality and performance.
• Review customer requirements and align with production.
• Lead and develop a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Sales.
