About The Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Quality team in our San Jose, CA office to inspect our product to ensure defect-free products are sent to customers on time. This role requires close collaboration with the QC team to resolve issues related to defects and other issues with printed circuit boards to support high-performance PCB solutions.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient and thrives in a fast-paced environment, solving complex challenges in pursuit of on-time delivery, quality excellence, and sustainable production practices.

What You Will Do
  • Oversee the internal quality assurance system.
  • Evaluate and supervise the inspection of printed circuit boards for quality and specification variances.
  • Determine disposition of inspection work and perform verification as required.
  • Schedule and distribute inspection work done by full and part-time inspectors.
  • Communicate product quality variances to management as appropriate.
  • Manage the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process, including communicating with customers regarding product rejections, dispositions, repairs, and replacements, providing RMAs, preparing documentation, arranging repairs or replacements, and communicating status and corrective actions.
  • Initiate and monitor internal corrective actions as required to respond to quality issues.
What You Bring To The Table
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance Management systems from inspection to audit process.
  • Exceptional communication skills—comfortable engaging directly with customers.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Quality Management system/processes.
  • Knowledge of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry is preferred but not required.
  • An Associate’s degree in business or a related field is required.
