Position Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Tribalco seeks a Quality Assurance Manager who will work with Tribalco's Director of Corporate Quality and internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, manufacturers, etc.) to manage Tribalco’s Quality Assurance Program and Processes. The candidate will also develop, maintain, and improve the company's processes and certifications. Candidates who have developed processes/workflows and implemented industry certification programs are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ability to identify, plan, and execute work independently with minimal or no oversight.
- Establish and Implement Quality Standards: Develop and enforce quality standards, procedures, and policies to ensure products and services meet requirements.
- Oversee Quality Assurance Processes: Monitor and audit quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct Quality Testing and Inspections: Oversee and participate in quality testing and inspections to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Analyze Data and Identify Trends: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement Quality Improvement Plans: Implement strategies and plans to improve quality, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with key stakeholders on process improvements.
- Collaborate with Departments, Divisions, and Project Teams: Work with various teams, including product development, manufacturing, and customer service, to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Statutory and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Stay up-to-date on relevant industry regulations and standards and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
- Manage Vendor Quality: Work with the Teams and ensure the Tribalco Vendor Process is followed to include the Vendor Setup and Evaluations Process in Salesforce.
- Review Customer Feedback: Work with the teams and Quality director and review customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for quality improvement.
- Organizational Process Asset Library (PAL): Assist with analyzing our current PAL, complete an inventory and catalog of current PAL assets, conduct gap analysis of PAL assets, and review the documented delivery processes for applicability.
- Assist Departments, Divisions, and Project Teams: Conduct gap analysis of Team-level assets and processes, provide recommendations to align with industry practices and standards, and ensure process documentation is created and appropriately maintained.
- Conduct process assessments in accordance with the Master Assessment Schedule, as necessary.
- Track all Assessments/Audit nonconformances to closure.
- Assist in internal and external appraisal/readiness preparation.
- Generate a Weekly Status Report.
Desired Skills
- 5-7 years of applying Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) practices and requirements throughout the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
- Experience with creating and maintaining process documentation and process flow models.
- Experience with auditing departments, divisions, and programs/projects, reporting and tracking nonconformances to resolution.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience with the execution, monitoring, and administration of Quality/Process Improvement best practices.
- Experience with participating in CMMI V3.0 and ISO 9001:2015 Internal and External audits.
- Ability to gather information and resolve issues independently.
- Ability to identify, manage, and track progress and escalate issues as needed.
- Ability to multi-task in a changing environment.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Possess facilitation and presentation skills.
Education and Certifications
- CMMI V3.0 or higher Practitioner Certification.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification.
Clearance
- The Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with the ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $90,000-$140,000. The above salary range is a guideline; however, compensation is determined by a number of factors, including the scope of the position and the candidate's experience, education, certifications, training, skills, and market factors.
