We are actively recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager for our Fleet & Family Support Program Proposal. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an innovative project, including programs such as Counseling, Advocacy and Prevention, Suicide Prevention, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR), and the Integrated Primary Prevention (IPP) Program. These programs directly support mission readiness by preparing service members and their families for the physical, emotional, interpersonal, and logistical demands of military life.

The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of various programs and services offered by the FFSP. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of quality assurance processes, monitoring program performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Work is primarily performed in an office setting. The role may require some overnight travel, public speaking, evening, and weekend work. Regular computer use is expected. Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, and hearing. The employee must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
