Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 1 year in operations/logistics supervision.
• Experience evaluating, mentoring and promoting employees across multiple departments.
• Ability to analyze reports and implement operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and in writing to drive plans and ensure goals are met.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Monitor compliance with quality and safety standards and develop supporting documentation.
• Supervise associates and leaders, provide feedback, identify training needs, and coach for growth.
• Oversee QA guidelines and inventory controls, and manage corrective actions and cycle counts.
• Oversee systems operations, coordinate hardware/software maintenance, and troubleshoot with IS partners.
