Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related discipline.
• Six Sigma and Lean training or equivalent
• 10+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance or related area.
• 2+ years’ experience managing QA Engineers and Technicians.
• Strong problem-solving ability using logic and reasoning to evaluate solutions.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Soft skills to influence without formal authority.
• Experience with cement/concrete mortars or polymer-based construction materials is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support initiatives that impact product quality, consistency, and cost across operations.
• Utilize process and quality data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate product issues using RCA and CAPA to correct and prevent future issues.
• Establish quality specifications and QC protocols.
• Evaluate finished product QC & QA test results for compliance with specs.
• Design and oversee laboratory experiments to qualify new raw materials and suppliers.
• Optimize plant formulations for performance and cost efficiency.
• Support manufacturing plants through troubleshooting, QC training, and formula management.
• Lead manufacturing quality audits.
