Job summary

Eurofins US Network in Horsham, PA seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all quality operations, including service centers, and to provide leadership and coaching to staff. You will ensure compliance with government regulations, develop quality policy, and support laboratories and clients on problems related to quality and compliance.

The role requires guiding audits, driving process improvements, and mentoring the quality team while coordinating with operations to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality operations for the Philadelphia business and service centers.
• Coach and mentor staff; participate in short- and long-term planning.
• Ensure adherence to government regulations and quality policy implementation.
• Manage agency and client audits, and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Identify system improvements and drive process optimization.
