Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Laboratory Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure regulatory readiness and oversee the quality system across the laboratories. You will drive audits, manage documentation, and train staff in quality procedures.

This role requires a bachelor’s in a chemical/biological science and 5–7 years in a clinical or analytical lab with QA/QC experience. Collaboration with multiple departments and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological science or MLS/MT.
• 5–7 years of clinical or analytical lab experience with QA/QC exposure.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, CLIA, CAP and related regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the quality management system including policies and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CAP, CLIA, ISO, and FDA standards.
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits/inspections; track CAPAs.
• Manage documentation, nonconformances, deviations, and incident reports.
• Support change management and ensure evidence is complete for closures.
• Deliver QA training and act as liaison between QA and other departments.
