Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience in manufacturing or production.
• 2-3 years in a direct managerial or supervisory role.
• 3-5 years of ISO 9001 and internal auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Quality Assurance team and auditors on the floor.
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and internal audits.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; drive CAPA actions.
• Manage tool calibration schedules and document control across the site.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Plant Management on quality during new product start-ups and changes.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors in a timely, professional manner.
