Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-time, professional experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in quality assurance within manufacturing; plastic experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the site.
• Lead root cause analysis, problem solving, and CAPA initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and manage non-conforming materials.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Plant Manager and other directors/managers.
• Monitor quality metrics, support customer complaints investigations, and coordinate floor audits.
