Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification.
• 5–7 years in ISO quality environments.
• Experience in ISO/IEC 17025 environment is required.
• Experience with A2LA and quality system rules.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication at all levels (written, verbal, presentation).
• Experience in quality investigations and root cause analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality standards.
• Familiarity with eQMS and SOP management.
• Leadership and collaboration within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and extends accreditations (ISO/IEC 17025) and regulatory requirements.
• Implements and maintains the QMS and controls for inspections and testing.
• Leads day-to-day QMS implementation and supports colleagues.
• Prioritizes activities to meet business and customer needs.
• Drives a culture of quality assurance and improvement.
• Ensures customer expectations through effective review and reporting.
• Maintains accreditations and supports audits by agencies.
• Manages A2LA and other assessments.
• Implements QA/QC programs to reduce poor quality cost and ensure compliance.
• Provides training on eQMS and conducts audits.
• Monitors KPI such as First Time Right and NCRs.
• Builds strong relationships with operations and quality community.
