Qualifications

  • Master's Degree recommended.
  • Leadership experience of at least 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops strategic plans to ensure compliance with accrediting standards.
  • Leads preparation for accreditation surveys and site visits.
  • Acts as subject matter expert on accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Reviews policies and practices to align with current standards.
  • Collaborates with departments to implement improvements in compliance and quality.
  • Develops staff education programs on accreditation and quality improvement.
  • Analyzes data and generates reports to monitor compliance and trends.
  • Facilitates interdisciplinary teams focused on readiness and quality.
