Job summary

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our quality control program and ensure projects comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.

You will develop policies, oversee QC metrics, and collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams to uphold high quality standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in quality control within construction, with strong technical, communication, and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality control or related field, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong technical understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures, ensuring projects meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and oversee the quality control program, including monitoring and reporting QC metrics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to meet QC standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to enforce QC throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver QC training programs for project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in quality control.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
