Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee QC for construction projects, ensuring compliance with codes, specs, and safety standards. You will lead site inspections, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive corrective actions based on test results and audits.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring regulatory adherence. A related bachelor’s degree and federal project experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years in construction quality control; Federal projects experience advantageous.
• Formal QCM and EM385-1-1 certifications preferred.
• Proficient with inspection documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction QC plans and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with specs and codes.
• Report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain records of QC inspections, tests, and non-conformances.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet quality requirements.
• Lead safety-aligned QC practices and participate in audits.
