Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Manager of Quality Assurance to lead quality programs, policies, and procedures, minimizing risk and ensuring supply chain integrity. You will apply advanced QA knowledge, collaborate across functions, and drive audits while guiding the QA Specialists and department operations.

The role focuses on ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements, updating SOPs, and resolving quality issues with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in quality assurance or related field preferred.
• Experience leading QA programs and audits, with strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manages QA policies and programs across the organization.
• Leads a team of Quality Assurance Specialists and oversees QA department operations.
• Guides internal stakeholders on adherence to QA policies and external requirements.
• Leads cross-functional projects to identify root causes and reduce risks.
• Updates SOPs in response to product changes and regulatory developments.
• Liaisons with regulators and supports regulatory audits.
