Cardinal Health, Inc. seeks a Regulatory Management professional to safeguard regulatory compliance across distribution facilities, applying knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk assessment to sustain quality and supply chain integrity.

You will lead quality initiatives in a highly automated environment and ensure inspections stay ready. Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, IT and external partners, you will implement and maintain the Cardinal Health Quality System, directing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in quality, regulatory, or regulated operations.
• Experience with automated workflows, ERP, WMS and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inspection readiness for regulatory inspections and licensing activities.
• Ensure quality requirements are represented in automation-related change controls, risk assessments, investigations or CAPAs.
• Monitor trends and system outputs to identify process, data integrity or quality risk.
• Coordinate timely cross-functional response to automation, technology or system events with regulatory impact.
• Promote continuous improvement without compromising validated state or regulatory compliance.
