Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Manager of Quality Assurance to lead quality programs, policies, and procedures, minimizing risk and ensuring supply chain integrity. The role collaborates across functions to resolve complex quality issues and leads QA audits while guiding SOP updates to stay compliant with regulatory requirements.

The position oversees a team of QA Specialists, drives adherence to policies, and ensures proper documentation and reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages internal Quality Assurance policies and programs to set guidelines for functions across the organization.
• Leads a team of Quality Assurance Specialists. Delegates projects and reviews the work of others.
• Provides guidance to internal stakeholders on QA policies and external requirements.
• Leads cross-functional projects to identify root causes of significant quality issues and develops solutions.
• Updates SOPs in response to product changes and regulatory developments.
• Serves as a liaison with regulators and responds to regulatory queries.
• Leads quality audits of distribution centers within the region.
