The role requires 4–8 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in QA or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams; address issues as needed.
• Lead QA activities including product release and CAPA initiatives; support operational excellence.
• Lead investigations on customer complaints when required.
