Job summary

Cardinal Health Regulatory Management is responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risk, enable compliant operations, and ensure supply chain integrity. The role provides QA leadership for Cardinal Health at Home Solutions Edgepark Medical, Cardinal Health at Home, Advanced Diabetes Supply, US Med and Velocare businesses.

The position requires guiding regulatory activities, supporting accreditation site visits, and mentoring staff, with on-site

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred. Advanced Degree preferred.
• 8-12 years’ experience preferred
• Working knowledge and experience with accreditation agencies for healthcare.
• Project management skills; Previous leader/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Participates in the development of policies and procedures.
• Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models.
• Works on complex projects of large scope with significant impact.
• Interacts with management to establish systems, plans, specifications, methods, and procedures.
• Assess data (complaints, investigations, training metrics) to identify trends and assist with corrective actions.
• Independently determines methods for completing new projects.
• Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
• Is the accreditation specialist for CHAP and NABP.
