Job summary

Keel is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to drive quality early in the launch process and respond quickly to customer concerns. The role focuses on improving the Business Management System through audits, containment, and corrective actions to meet annual departmental goals.

You will develop quality plans, lead scorecard improvements, and participate in corrective action teams, with ISO/AS internal auditing and supplier collaboration as core duties.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of three years in Quality Assurance.
• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Technician, or Engineer.
• Familiar with ISO-9000 or AS-9100 auditing, inspection & test, metrology, and GD&T interpretation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to interact with suppliers and customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality plans from customer requirements, external standards, and internal procedures to mitigate risk.
• Lead customer scorecard improvements.
• Be a member of corrective action teams and drive containment activities.
• Perform internal ISO/AS audits.
• Maintain a positive quality reputation with assigned customers.
