Job summary

Keel is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to develop and implement quality systems for new programs, design metrics for daily product quality, and resolve issues with a focus on continuous improvement. The role requires three years in QA, ASQ certifications, and strong problem-solving skills in inspection, metrology, and GD&T.

Qualifications

• Follow up of corrective action reports, including customer complaints.
• Calibration system maintenance.
• APQP, including PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan creation.
• Inspection and Test.
• Review and submittal of objective quality evidence per customer requirements.
• Facilitate Continual Improvement efforts (Six Sigma green/black belt).
• Reports to Quality Manager and/or Quality Director regarding activities.
• Responsible for ensuring ongoing product quality and reporting concerns as they arise.
• All other related duties as assigned.
