Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a quality leader for a leading aerospace and defense electronics manufacturer to oversee site-wide quality systems and develop a team of quality professionals. The role drives continuous improvement and engages with operations, engineering, and supply chain to elevate product quality.

The candidate will lead Quality Engineers, manage AS9100 compliance, and steer KPI-driven initiatives while collaborating with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues and reduce cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 6+ years of quality experience within aerospace, defense, electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience managing AS9100 quality systems, audits, and customer quality requirements
• Strong background in corrective actions, root cause analysis, quality metrics, and continuous improvement
• Prior experience leading or mentoring quality teams
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred
