Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to own and elevate the QA practice across product delivery. You will drive test strategies, plan execution, and ensure early detection of defects while embedding quality throughout the SDLC.

You will lead cross-functional teams with Product Owners and Engineering, improve automation coverage, and coach QA staff to deliver reliable software with transparent quality metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Significant hands-on experience in software quality assurance across functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or serving as a senior/lead resource for quality outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and the QA role throughout discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Proven ability to create test strategies and translate complex business workflows into thorough, risk-based test coverage.
• Experience managing defects and facilitating effective triage with Product and Engineering.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication to surface concerns early and communicate quality risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications, healthcare technology, claims, payments, utilization management, provider data, EDI, APIs, or heavy integration workflows.
• Experience with automated API, UI, regression, and integration testing.
• Experience using AI-assisted development or testing tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or comparable tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, test-management tools, CI/CD pipelines, observability platforms, and cloud-based application environments.
• Experience helping a QA organization mature from manual testing toward balanced automation and risk-based quality.

Aufgaben

• Own the day-to-day QA practice and establish consistent expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work begins on schedule and promptly address delays, blockers, environment issues, data needs, or scope gaps.
• Create transparency into what has been tested, remaining tests, current defects, quality risks, and release confidence.
• Hold QA team members accountable for execution commitments, timely updates, and accurate status reporting.
• Coach QA team on testing discipline, risk-based thinking, root-cause analysis, and ownership of outcomes.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering, ensuring clear severity, priority, impact, and ownership.
• Define practical QA exit criteria and provide objective quality recommendations for releases based on test evidence.
• Collaborate with QA Automation Engineers to increase automated coverage without brittle or low-value automation.
• Provide concise status reporting on current quality, risks, blockers, decisions needed, and next actions.
