CSL Plasma in Waukegan, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager of Quality to ensure the center stays inspection ready, adheres to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and the quality system while driving continuous improvement and donor safety.

You will lead QA staff, manage KPIs, CAPA, and audits with suppliers and regulators, develop corrective actions, and partner with center leadership to optimize processes, products, and compliance in a fast-paced plasma center.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in scientific discipline/life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years' quality/regulatory/plasma industry experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of government and industry regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure center is “inspection ready” by maintaining SOPs and the quality system.
• Manage QA program including calibrations, sampling, KPIs, trending/analysis, CAPA.
• Lead and develop staff to ensure competency in QA roles.
• Lead audits with suppliers, customers and regulators and coordinate remediation.
